Our years of experience within the translation services industry has yielded an unrivalled level of expertise within all areas of our field; from creative copy-writing in foreign languages to legal translation and from the translation of technical manuals to complex terminology laden documents for the financial services sector. We have additionally had abundant experience within the medical and healthcare sector and are subsequently more than happy to undertake any commissions within this area.
All of our in-house translators are native language speakers and additionally, they also hold qualifications in, or have many years of experience within their specialist field of translation: typically then, a commission undertaken to translate, for example, a complex engineering, medical or legal tract will result in us analysing our extensive translator profiles to select the most experienced and best qualified person in that field to carry out your translation.
With the best will in the world though, the efforts of the best translators and the greatest of experience will all come to naught without close communication. Here at Lingo24 we understand the importance of your documents to you and moreover, recognise that your translations are often ‘mission critical’. That is why our first step is to allocate each of our customers an Account Manager. Your Account Manager will take the time to find out what your requirements are and will ensure that any special requests are carried out; but most importantly, they will ensure that your deadlines are met. In short, your Account Manager will be your ‘one stop’ personal liaison between yourself and the vast resources of the Lingo24 organisation.
Choosing the right company for your translation needs is not a decision to be taken lightly. Here at lingo24 we are more than happy to demonstrate the quality of our company’s work and to this end, will happily share examples of work that we have carried out in your field. Additionally, we can practically demonstrate our expertise by doing short test translations for you, should you so desire.
